The process doesn't usually end once a site has gone live. Fine-tuning is often performed occasionally once we have seen and experienced how people access and use the website. Development
The development of the website is the most technically intensive stage. In most cases the good old HTML/JavaScript duo on it's own will provide all that's needed to put any information online. Adding technology such as PHP/MySQL in the background provides the tools for more complex database-driven sites. Naturally, hosting is also provided as is help with domain name registration - if required.
